Abstract
In the article the existing methods of evaluation of the activities of transport companies are reviewed and a new integrated methodology of evaluation of the competitiveness of the enterprises of transport branch based on the study of the preferences of the shippers and consignees when choosing a carrier, freight forwarder or logistics operator is proposed.
